This double column machine is composed of vertical spindle machine and upside down spindle machine organically.
Exceptional high productivity through combination of feeding inputting working delivering pulling out and other simultaneous machining operations to ensure high accuracy low cost and flexible process .
The working line is used for all varieties of the rotary parts. Such as gear blank brake disc and flange etc.
1.The blank, which is processed roughly, is conveyed from the providing equipment to the schedule equipment. The machine-made hands are receiving the command ,picking up the work piece, and then convey to the vertical spindle chuck, clipping tightly to process according the pre-set executive program.
2.After the process of the workpiece ,the machine-made hands will convey the workpiece from the chuck to the tray of the up-side down lathe according to the command. While the machine-made hands are conveying the blank from the providing equipment to the vertical spindle chuck to finish providing and chucking the second piece in the vertical lathe.
3. After receive the workpiece in the tray of the up-side down lathe ,the spindle chuck will move as the spindle system and catch the workpiece in the tray tightly, convey to the fixed position according to the command and then process with the pre-set executive program.
4.After the process, the workpiece on the spindle chuck of the up-side down lathe will be conveyed to the supplying program and then output according to the command. To this extent ,the process are finished completely.
Through the examination of the brake disc produced by CK5340ZDL, the process accuracy of the top surface circumference end surface circumference cut surface the semi diameter are all conform to demand. The assemble line is composed of the vertical spindle lathe and the up-side down lathe organically. Add to the transmission equipment, it can finish the process by providing chucking working conveying output automatically. All the processes are controlled by CNC program that will eliminate the error by the manual work to fix the workpiece more accurate and also improve the working accuracy by this assemble line.
This assemble line has a small cover, high productivity, low working strength and other merits, so it can reduce the cost of the production. They are all the domestic initiation in the operation technology and structure. The composition and the structure of this assemble line are also R＆D by our company as the patent.
